Hi, I'm Charles, Managing Director at Tidy Clean LLC.  As an Indy resident and a Dad, I started Tidy Clean out of a dream to build a family legacy, a passion of taking care of people, and creating the healthiest, safest spaces for our community.

Tidy Clean LLC was born out of genuine frustration, the exact same frustration our clients felt before they found us.  Over the years, I saw local business owners, office managers, and various types of corporate leaders dealing with broken promises, unanswered calls, and commercial vendors who start strong for the first 30 days only to let their standards fade once the "honeymoon phase" ended.  We knew local facilities deserved a much higher level of care, consistency, and direct accountability.

I set out to build a company that delivers on its word every single shift.  When you partner with Tidy Clean, you're not dealing with a faceless middle manager or a call center.  We're REAL.  You'll always have direct access to local leadership who treat your facility with the exact same care, safety, and respect as our own home.

Most janitorial companies wait for clients to complain before checking their crew's work.  We put attention to detail directly into our training culture from Day 1.

During unannounced management QA checks, we strategically place pennies in hard-to-reach, easily overlooked spots throughout a facility.  It's a fun, engaging way we teach our cleaning technicians to hunt for hidden dust, check every corner, and maintain an audit-ready facility every single shift.
